Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your eyewear. If you're not completely happy, you can return or exchange your glasses or sunglasses — including prescription lenses — within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free exchange.

How it works

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start a return or exchange.
• We'll provide a free prepaid return shipping label — returns are always on us.
• Items should be returned in their original condition with the case and accessories included.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return, typically within a few business days.

Prescription accuracy guarantee

Every pair is crafted and quality-checked in our own optical lab. If your lenses were made incorrectly to the prescription you provided, we'll remake them at no cost to you.

Contact lenses

Contact lenses may be returned or exchanged only in unopened, unmarked boxes. Opened boxes cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
